How to Join

All are welcome at Jewish Scream for Peace meetings, events and actions. However, as a revolutionary and joyfully militant organization, we do rely on a certain level of commitment from our members. There are no strict member requirements and we believe people have sufficient self-knowledge and self-awareness to decide whether or not they consider themselves to be members of JSP. If a potential member feels they are putting in the time, effort and commitment to our organization and that sentiment is backed up by their comrades, they’re in! Because of our principles (see Points of Unity) our organization is comprised of members whose close relationships in the struggle imply not just politics but also friendship and kindness. We strive to create the kind of collective dynamic that is not cliquey but also requires hard work.
