Jewish Scream for Peace has participated in various actions in the Boston Area since its inception. Over the past year Jewish Scream for Peace has assisted and plans on continuing to assist our allied organization Jewish Voice for Peace in supporting Boston Area SJPs (Students for Justice in Palestine) with their annual Israeli Apartheid Week actions including teach-ins, mock apartheid walls, panels and rallies. This past summer JSP joined forces with dozens of other abolitionist, anti-racist organizations in the area for the Boston March Against Cages. JSP participated in planning and outreach for the event and most members were in attendance. JSP also co-sponsored the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People event in Boston a few weeks ago that was a public demonstration meant to get people’s attention and educate them on the occupation and America’s role in Israeli apartheid showcase both solidarity resistance movements and Palestinian resistance movements.
